Health Level Up is a simple utility that helps remind you to take breaks in your daily life. Giving yourself breaks during your daily activities greatly improves your health. Sitting too long and have back pain? Too much computer and have dry eyes? Gaming too much? Give yourself a break by reminding yourself to take breaks! Five seconds of deep breaths, stand up and stretch, look away from your computer for a breif second, call your beloved ones and start levelling up your health today! You have nothing to lose but gain! Why not download the app, set up a timer and an alert and see if it improves your health? Level up your Health, today! Usage Note: Once an alert goes off, remember to open the app to track your level! This ensures your level is up to date as well as your break timer gets restarted, otherwise the timer will repeat at a 24 hour interval instead of the defined interval. You can disable the app with the "enable" switch, but it is STRONGLY discouraged as it will no longer remind you to take breaks.
